"God's Views on Homosexuality "

God's Word makes sure that you know what His views on homosexuality are but before learning what He thinks about them it is a good idea to visit Webster's and read his definition of homosexuality; Webster's tells who they are:

Main Entry:ho£mo£sexuality

1 : atypical sexuality characterized by manifestation of sexual desire toward a member of one's own sex

2 : erotic activity with a member of one's own sex — compare LESBIANISM

3 : a stage in normal psychosexual development occurring during prepuberty in the male and during early adolescence in the female during which libidinal gratification is sought with members of one's own sex

A sexual desire towards members of one's own sex defines them, a definition that readies you for God's Word and updates you to an understanding of His feelings towards homosexuals. You begin with Romans 1:28 (KJV) where God is sharing these feelings with you:

And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Going against nature, in God's way of thinking, is not convenient; it requires an effort. He made man and woman in such a manner that they, being attracted to each other, is natural and convenient.

Representing themselves to be wise, Romans 1:22 (KJV) shows homosexuals as those who have simply become fools:

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Through the lust of their own hearts, Romans 1:24 (KJV) shows that they, dishonoring their own bodies, causes God to turn them away as unclean:

Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

And Romans 1:26 (KJV) describe women, changing the natural use of their bodies, as women with vile affections:

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

God's Views on Homosexuality are becoming quite clear and Romans 1:27 (KJV) continues by including His feelings about men who abandon their natural attraction for women and perform unnatural acts, one with the other:

And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves

that recompence of their error which was meet.

It has not been that long ago that activities such as these were hidden from society, even denied or kept behind closed doors. Now Luke 17:26 (KJV) reminds you that the days in which you now live, the days that Christ returns, includes the same wicked activities that were present in Noah's days:

And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

2 Peter 2:7 (KJV) takes you back to the days of Noah where God is delivering Lot who is facing the men of Sodom and their filth:

And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:

Genesis 19:5 (KJV) places you in Sodom and Gomorrah where the men of Sodom are attempting to have relations with the two male angels that God had sent to Lot:

And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them.

Genesis 19:8 (KJV) shows Lot doing his very best to hold them off by offering them his two virgin daughters:

Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.

The men of Sodom are having nothing to do with Lot's daughters and before you realize it, Luke 17:29 (KJV) shows God destroying Sodom and Gomorrah:

But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.

Man with man and woman with woman is something that God will not accept. He is very particular about His demands that you do things His way, natural and convenient.

God's Views on Homosexuality makes clear that being natural is in with Him and that Homosexuals are out.

Being natural sounds reasonable enough, does it not?
