Before talking about Nourishing Your Spiritual Body 1 Cor. 15:40 KJV wants you to know that you have two bodies, a spiritual and a flesh one. Your spiritual body dwells inside the flesh body that God gave you when placing you in your mother’s womb:
There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
Celestial is heavenly and represents your spiritual body; terrestrial represents your flesh one.
Accumulating spiritual nourishment is the order of the day and a healthy flesh body gives you time to accumulate it. It is a good idea to consider spiritual nourishment as a hidden benefit of eating right and for taking care of yourself.
Spiritual nourishment is works that your flesh body accumulates; Rev. 14:13 KJV shows more being better as they follow you to heaven:
And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.
Spiritual nourishment, works following you to Judgment, rewards your labours by increasing what you receive in heaven and it stands to reason that living healthier gives you time to accumulate more.
Eating fat being public enemy number 1 is confirmed in Leviticus 3:16 KJV:
And the priest shall burn them upon the altar: it is the food of the offering made by fire for a sweet savour: all the fat is the Lord's.
Eating fat goes against God’s instructions and while producing aches and pains it leads to premature death. Shortening lives then, it shortens them today and belonging to the Lord then, fat belongs to Him now. You are reminded in Matthew 5:17 KJV that Christ came not to destroy these laws and commands but to fulfill them:
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Nourishing Your Spiritual Body is enhanced when you do not eat fat.
Not eating fat is a tall order as 1 Cor. 3:18-19 KJV shows you living in a foolish world, one that only opens its doors to the crafty and foolish:
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written,
