Accepting Christ means that you accept His desire to become part of your life. Christmas is all about recognizing Him and you already know how much He dislikes being ignored. He is ready to go to work as your guide and perhaps you should consider Hiring a Guide this Christmas.
Have you noticed the Cheerful News that normally accompanies Christmas being pushed aside by news about bank failures, job security, credit shortage, and the plunging value of your assets? This Christmas finds you adjusting to a new economy with an uncertain future; Hiring a Guide this Christmas may be good timing.
The situation is that you and businesses are seriously pinched…monetarily. You find yourselves needing a new strategy, one that includes God in the solution. The significance of Hiring a Guide this Christmas is becoming noticeable and no one is better prepared to guide you through this battle, a battle that has no end in sight.
Earth is comprised of you and the businesses of the world and 1 Cor. 10:26 KJV tells you that enrichment and fullness is under God’s control:
For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof.
Are you receiving His enrichment and fullness?
Recognizing that God is in charge shows it to be a big mistake to exclude Him. Matthew 7:7 KJV shows Him just waiting for you to hire Him:
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
Christ is a devoted team player and He understands what is required to meet your financial needs. He is reporting for work but without you knocking on His door, He has to feel that you want to go it alone.
Satin also wants to become your guide; he is using greed and temptation to land the job and this is precisely the problem; greed and temptation is fueling today’s economic crisis. You even the playing field by hiring Christ instead. Next, in 1 Cor. 10:13 KJV, you see you tackling your number 1 problem…temptation.
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
Of course, you can bear it; you have Christ! He makes you stronger and in Proverbs 29:25 KJV you see yourself dealing with your other problem...fear.
The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe.
