Taking out the Trash began when our nation’s off year elections took place last year yet we continue experiencing difficulty because we failed in our effort to remove enough big spenders to fast track ourselves back to God and a manageable debt.
It was, however, a good beginning as eighty seven new house members and a sizable increase in state senator’s position us to finish the job in next year’s presidential election. It will be accompanied by a truck large enough to hold all the remaining trash in all three of our departments of government. And that is a good because our recent lack of results in attempting to resolve our nation’s debt crisis shows how important trash removal is.
Leviticus 26:10 KJV shows God addressing the need we have to return to Him. Eating old store, an expression He uses to show Him (the old) displacing the new (America’s leaders that now exclude God):
And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.
Returning to God’s Tabernacle is old store as Leviticus 26:11-12 KJV shows God bearing Himself to us and walking among us in our hour of need:
And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you. And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.
Setting His Tabernacle amongst us begins with trash removal as Leviticus 26:13 KJV continues:
I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
Freeing us from bondage in Egypt is God once again freeing us from a government that has us enslaved. Both our elected officials and we must join God in His effort to upright us.
Deut. 28:64 KJV continues by showing us that after our tour of bondage in Egypt, God used England, Ireland and other parts of Europe to scatter us and this resulted in many of us now serving Him in America:
And the Lord shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone.
Serving other gods makes Taking out the Trash a necessary. Besides exercising patience, we must finish the job that we started last year, the one that requires us to finish replacing the self serving officials in Washington that we have mistakenly asked to serve us.
